⦁ surpluses in specific sections such as bread, seeds ,vegetables and fruits in front of consumers in application to buy them at affordable prices.
⦁ when the seller contracts with the consumer through the application, the two parties enter into direct and legally binding relationship, and into role of "Hak And Hat"' is services from technical point of view.
⦁ The " Hak And Hat' application isn’t considered as owner or seller of the offered product in the application, no it is considered a consumer or buyer of these products, and it doesn’t negotiate about the product or their prices
⦁ The services of the " Hak And Hat" application are provided in according to the effective systems in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of the electronic commerce law on all services that tale place through the application.
⦁ " Hak And Hat" doesn't guarantee that the application will work on all mobile devices, and for the devices on which the application works , delay or malfunctions may occur due to a defect in the internet, and therefore you release us from responsibility for all of that .

In order to use certain features of the " Hak And Hat' application you may be required to register an account and provide certain information as required in the registration form, there by guaranteeing us the following:

⦁ The seller displays the products in " Hak And Hat' application according to the specified classification, and he must add the quantities and the price.
⦁ The seller guarantees the quality of the food, its preparation in a suitable and healthy environment, and that it is free from any ingredient that may affect, the heath of the consumer.
The seller guarantees the following:
⦁ That the food isn’t contaminated or spoiled .
⦁ The food is free of insects and moistures.
⦁ The dry bread is free from mold, and that the fruits are fresh.
⦁ The rice shall be free of meat and vegetables.
⦁ The seller should be prepare the order and pack it well and keep it in a compressed airtight bag.
⦁ The date must be on the product and refrigerated.
⦁ The good must be healthy, safe and comply with the quality, health and safety standards inforce in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
⦁ the seller guarantees to prepare a complete meal as it would prepare for the usual person and not leftovers.
⦁ The seller bears full responsibility for the invalidity of the food or any damages or illness arising from eating the food without any liability on the application.
⦁ The consumer must see the details of the food according to the department before submitting the purchase order.
⦁ The consumer is obligated to pay the price of the order by one of the available means in the application.
⦁ The seller and the consumer acknowledge that the " Hak And Hat'' application doesn’t represent any party or agent on its behalf, and ifs role is limited to mediation and linkage between them through the application.

⦁ The price of any product will be listed in the " Hak And Hat'' application by the seller, and the price will be subject to change at any time, but once the order is submitted and paid, the price will not be subject to any change .
⦁ The " Hak And Hat'' application provide electronic payment through credit cards, payment is made after specifying the type and quantity of the food to the cart ,then clicking on the completion of the purchase process after adding the required data
⦁ You authorize us and third party payment processors to collect electronic payment for order amounts ,and all such rams actions are due immediately in the case of electronic payment .
⦁ credit cords numbers aren’t stored am our systems and payment derails are protected before transmission by using the latest electronic security technology that follow the highest safety standards
⦁ when paying with a credit card, you agree that you have the right to use these cards ,and that they contain sufficient funds, credit other payment facilitate to cover the purchase and you agree that the" Hak And Hat'' application has the right to perform verifications of payment methods ( such as the card number credit and validation) and in the event of acceptance , you will receive an order confirmation by email.

⦁ The " Hak And Hat'' application has the right to add new payment methods , and you will be informed if apply that
⦁ The commission of the " Hak And Hat'' application is 2.5% at the disposal of the seller and the buyer
⦁ The pursuit is on the seller and the buyer and the amount of the pursuit in the " Hak And Hat'' application is transferred to the British Bank on the account number (078244167001) and on the number( ASS245000000078244167001) .

⦁ The consumer has the right to cancel the order unless it is processed by the seller
⦁ If an order is confirmed , it is up to the seller to decide whether to cancel or process the order.
[8] Return policy
- The consumer knows that " Hak And Hat'' application doesn’t offer, sell or guarantee the quality of any food displayed in the application ,and therefore doesn’t provide on" Hak And Hat' application any guarantee, compensation, or the ability to return the request in the event of receiving unhealthy or spoiled, food, and he has the right to refer to the seller .

⦁ You agree to use the application at your personal responsibility, so the " Hak And Hat'' application doesn’t make any guarantees or pledges of any kind whether express or implied in relation to your use of the application, All services and any materials on the application are provided on a consistent basis "as is" and "as available".
⦁ we shall not be liable for any possible interruption of service due to for example but not limited to maintenance work, technical problems or other similar reasons, nor shall we be liable for damages arising from failure to operate the application.
⦁ shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of a result of any recommendations relating to the quality or reliability a food that offered in the application.
⦁ we won't be held responsible for the quality of the food, its compliance with hygienic standards or that it will meet consumers expectations.
⦁ You won't be liable for illnesses or injuries exposed by the consumer as a result of eating food.
⦁ You won't be liable for consumers error in the payment process or the use of cards without permission of their owner.
⦁ You won't be liable for only loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the application or to your downloading of any content on it or on any website liked to it
⦁ You agree to assume full responsibility for your use of the " Hak And Hat'' application and agree that any information you send or receive while using the application may not be secure and may be intercepted or accessed by un authorized parties
⦁ In the event that there's no sufficient reason not to purchase the item, the amount of fees paid won't be refunded.

⦁ Impersonate any person or entity
⦁ Restrict or prevent any user from using the application.

⦁ Collect or aggregate information from the application by using any manual or automated means .

⦁ Tampering with data and information and attempting to modify or destroy any security or documentation measures.
⦁ Posting spam messages that support any illegal activities.
⦁ Posting information or material that infringer any third party's intellectual propriety rights, or other propriety rights or right to privacy.
⦁ Posting broadcasting or inserting any material that contains viruses, or any other harmful programs or any malicious cracks, or other computer programs normal operation the application(or any pat thereof ) ,or of any software or other computer devices.

⦁ Transferring your account or activity to other sites at the time it bears the logo or services of " Hak And Hat''.
⦁ Not to be exposed to international policies, sovereignties and data of other users, or to violate the policy and rights of the " Hak And Hat'' application

⦁ Not to put the mobile number in any way, whether by image, description or video and we have the right to terminate your use for the " Hak And Hat'' application in the event that this was discovered .
⦁ The seller doesn’t put any product or goods that aren’t good or that don’t match the pictures and videos, in the event that this is discovered, it will be done obliging you to pay the selling fees after reporting it within 24 hour.

⦁ All intellectual property rights in the application including copyright, text, multimedia clips, images, graphics, icons, button icons, digital downloads documentation, datasets, software, programming rights, selection and arrangement of the contents of the application remain the property of " Hak And Hat'' or its licensors and that are protected by intellectual property rights and laws or copyrights.
⦁ You aren’t permitted to publish, distribute, reproduce or copy any of the content submitted to you or that is made available on " Hak And Hat'' application or use any part of the applications content for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us to do so.
⦁ Images, logos, words, page headers, button icons ,and related service names located on the application is the property o " Hak And Hat'' application and you may not use any of promotional intentionally or un intentionally.
⦁ All other names, logos, products and service names, designs and references on this application are commercial marks property of their respective owners .
⦁ Nothing contained in the " Hak And Hat'' application shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the party that owns the trade marks.
⦁ The application has the right to collect fees it deems appropriate after the trial period, provided that it isn’t 10% in the year 2023.

⦁ The Saudi judiciary shall have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from the interpretation of these terms.

⦁ Any services we provide to you under these terms are personal services, and you may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without our express or written consent.
⦁ We may assign and transfer any of our rights or obligations to any third party at our discretion without any objection from user provided that such third party agrees to be bound by these terms,
⦁ We may assign these terms and conditions to any other company without prior notice to you.

⦁ We may revise, update or modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion, and all modifications will be effective immediately post it on the app, and it will apply to all your use from the date of modification.

⦁ We reserve the right at any time to omend, or suspend, temporarily or permanently, any part of or without prior notice you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of our services.

These conditions had been published in Arabic, and if they are translated into another language, the Arabic text is the approved and valid text if it contradicts it foreign language.
[20] Complete agreement.
These terms contain the entire understanding between you and us with respect to its subject matter, and supersede all prior agreement and versions of these terms.
